Missing the old times

To make money illustrating, you must draw exceptionally well, be fast, and always be ready for any challenge. But I miss spending hours and hours on just one illustration.

I think this one is a common feeling among all creators, we are blessed and thankful to pay our family bills, trips, coffees, and the books and music we love, but we miss the early days when we could spend a whole day making something that came out from our heart.

This one is pretty old, but I still love the flavor.

Illustration of a bluesman playing his old guitar in the middle of the desert of Arizona at night, there's a campfire, and he's surrounded by cactuses and there's an owl, a snake and a coyote listening the song.
